Very relaxed and informal, classic London market. Had one interview after being recommended to my now manager and got the offer later in the afternoon. Very open about the opportunity and the company in the interview, the job is exactly as sold! I was provided with a good amount of information before the interview but my own research on the company and the team definitely showed and helped me out.
