Lendlease Project Finance Manager interview questions

I had been applying same position since Jan to now May, the positions in Sydney either internal filled or directly rejected, even though my current title is manager in the same industry. Then I apply to same company/same position in other state contractor role. Then I got the interview. But seem there is gap with my current role. Then the same position come up again in Sydney. This time it is not internal filled. And still directly rejected, even though in linkdin shows skill strong matching , and CV did knock the door of other state same company same position contractor role, also I did sending email to HR to check why and keen to understand what is the gap, but never get reply or feedback. Never seen an arrogant company like this. What else I can wish? Wish it out of business!
