Lendlease Project Manager interview questions

The interview was a two stage process. Area Director and then the final part of the interview was with the Operations Director. The opportunity presented as a PM was golden in the fact that you could take the clients brief, form the design team, price the design, build the design and then handover the keys!

Very quick and efficient interview, consisting of only 3 questions one of which allowed you to add any further details which you feel may be appropriate for the position.
