Standard application process, then made everyone do online assessments, then a group assessment centre before a final interview. Lots of pretty unnecessary steps in the process which takes up a lot of time. In the assessment centre got very positive feedback yet didn't get called back for the final interview. Didn't even get a rejection email or phone call. Hark on about how they care about people but can't spare 2 minutes to let you know you didn't get the job even though they said they'd call within the hour. Very negative experience.
