GRADUATE AND UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM GRADUATES Our Graduate Program is a 2-year development program, where you will be provided with formal learning and development workshops that will increase your capability and set you up to be future ready. This is complemented by role-specific on-the-job learning that is supported by your Line Manager and team/s. • Minimum 2 rotations across projects or roles within your discipline • Work alongside industry thought leaders and networking opportunities across the business • Support structure consisting of Manager, Buddy, and the Early Careers Team • Meaningful and innovative work where you make a difference • Contribute to high profile initiatives and projects UNDERGRADUATES The Lendlease Undergraduate Program is a formal 12-week summer program which runs from November - February each year. You will be supported through the program and be provided with: • Guidance as you learn about Lendlease Australia • Practical onsite experience • Exposure to best-in-class projects • Unique learning experiences including formal learning sessions • Opportunities to connect with senior leaders across the business.
