      Terrible business. Poor product. Unethical fiduciary leadership

      Pros

      Great pay. They are sitting on 900m of cash from their IPO they swindled their investors. So they have a warchest to spend on talent. But that's it.

      Cons

      So many. The product is flawed. It is more marketing and vaporware than actual product. There is a strong undercurrent of white supremacy especially in Europe. Leadership is full of failed big tech sales people. Very unethical and very focused on just making money. You will be destroyed and you will leave feeling very dirty with your life. Do not join if you want to ensure you have a sustainable career.

      Pros

      In a dying software category there isnt much benefit apart from a high base salary.

      Cons

      Money isn't everything - the company is plagued with toxic leadership, high churn, and stagnating innovation and product culture. There is significant mess in management and definitely no strategy. If you join this company expect there to be little gains apart from your paycheck. There is more to life than the paycheck.

      Interesting technology to work with. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Executives are always being hit for poor communication and management etc. All true. But also the employees themselves need to be thinking bigger and broader. To only blame executives is not enough.
