Work you down to the bone, stressful days/nights, random negative passenger interactions, traffic can be draining, undredictable work scheduling, long hours, no work like balance if you have a family, some people in management can be rude

Hours aren’t long but without the long hours the pay isn’t great

Some schedules don't allow adequate sleep time and rest time if you live more than an hour from the yard. CDL requirements are 10 hours driving in a 12 hour period, including personal driving time, and I was over an hour from the yard with traffic. Regular shifts could be 9 hours, then you might get pulled for a fixed route for 3-4 additional hours due to driver call outs.

Seniority system sucks. Hard to get desired hours. Disrespectful Passengers Raggedy buses. Never any relief vehicles available at the South Yard.

Management lacks empathy and Asst.GM is a bully that puts employees against each other and if you don't click with her favorites, your harassed, intimidated, put down. The GM just brushes everything under the rug and lets her bully everyone. She tries to have accidents covered up to protect the company and not the riders.
