Pros

Discounts on Telstra products Free fruit everyday That is is....

Cons

Whole of Telstra business management!! Bullying / Micromanaging boys club, if you aren't a favourite you will be pushed out! Very out dated managers who are wanna be managers who should still be in sales from where they came from. Terrible commission which keeps changing even in the middle of the month they will change the goal posts Terrible under market salaries for the stress they put on you!

Pros

Lots of great work to do, and it's pretty easy going, given the timeframes available, and you get a fair bit of money and resources to play with. People are generally really friendly too, though not generally bright or talented. I would say they're mostly "average" and lack the passion to be great at their work.

Cons

There is a strict heirarchy which means its your word against your bosses, and so if your boss is a hypercritical bully, there's nothing you can do to stop it. Sure, there's "report bullying" policy, but we all know how that really works out....

Pros

- Technology - Leave benefits - Laptop, mobile phone

Cons

- Internal culture is toxic. Some managers are authorised to adopt bullying tactics to deliver KPIs. - Performance reviews are not genuine and driven primarily by funding. - Redundancy process is commonly misused. The least favourite employee will be made redundant. - Certain staff members who aren't managers can lobby to have you sacked.
