Pros

Racking up frequent flyer points (but only on cheap flights like Virgin and jet star, never qantas) Hotels on permitted list are generally 5 stars.

Cons

They installed a gps tracking app, mobile iron, on my work phone so they could track employees location 24/7. No company credit cards. You must pay for all your own expenses including hotels then go through a long system to get money back. They are often rejected for silly things after submission so you can be left thousands out of pocket while you wait. Next to no training or induction. Rude unskilled managers. They treat employees disrespectfully and don't take HR complaints seriously. Bad unfriendly culture. No team work. Job description states travel is once a month but it is more like 3 times a month which is a huge financial strain when they don't give you a corporate credit card and Pay is monthly. Bonus is small and only annually No product allowance...you can buy at wholesale which is still too expensive Archaic systems. I was told to print my emails to file them in a display book as there was not enough storage to keep the electronic copies?? In 2017?? They will give you obsolete tech/tools of the trade such as an iphone5/dirty second hand laptops.

Pros

Hours and my location were the only advantages. Information and training on their products were very good. If you like plastic watches, you get a 40% discount on them.

Cons

A really understandable high turnover of staff. I had a horrible Incompetent store manager, that had no idea about running anything, let alone a small single counter, they were employed to manage. it really spoilt it for everyone working there. I was not paid my commissions and had to chase up pay. I was always on my own, as they refused to have more staff to cover. I always went on my lunch break 1.5 hours before my finish time... One employee had been working for them for 7 years and never got past the selling floor. Seriously, if you can sell, take time to research the company you decide to work for and don't waste your time on companies that are only interested in what they can take from you

Pros

Nice co-workers. Relatively easy job. Good work-life balance.

Cons

impossible to get promoted. Pay is low and commission structure is so unfair. Management is weak and recruits weak performers who can be dominated. Your willingness to stay at a position is more important than your competence or willingness to learn and grow. CEO is not liked by most.
