- Some leaders who genuinely care
- Relative WLB compared to other T2/MBB
Cons
- High performance is not recognised outright, people who 'game' the system are rewarded
- Top talent have continued to flood out of the organisation to rival firms
- Little to no gender diversity especially at senior levels
- Limited diversity of projects (cost outs and transformation)
- Toxic culture especially within some functional teams, incessant gossiping and undermining even at senior levels
- Lagging rem compared to other comparable T2s
- Smart people
- Variety of projects
- Pay is good relative to the house considering other strategy opportunities
Cons
- A lot of good people have left, particularly since the Tax scandal in Australia
- Quite a bit of the work can be transformation focussed, not strategy
