Cons

If you like being bullied and overworked then join the gang, no such thing as family life here. No flexibility, it’s managements way or the highway.

Pros

- Ample parking availability, which makes it convenient to come to the office everyday, with no needed for flexibility. - Admire the company's commitment to strong family values, although a few individuals who may hold positions of authority based on familial connections rather than merit. Nonetheless, the company culture remains strong and dedicated to excellence.

Cons

- Toxic team manager. Once resignation handed, I was threat by the National retail manager, quoted "you better do well and finish your projects before you go. Otherwise, I will call your new company, and I have friends there" with throat cutting gesture. - Below market salary (2 offers received with 50% salary jump) - Little career development
