      Pros

      Freedom to work on what you think will bring the company the most money and yourself. Great compensation for those who work hard at it. Remote working and focus on growth, IT development and client retention.

      Cons

      Quite a US focsued company so can feel a bit away from the mothership at times.

      Pros

      Free beers in the fridge is true. Kind people work at the company like the compliance team is beautiful. Great pay.

      Cons

      Male-predominate, small teams. Really poor HR and culture contact, he's useless and rude. When they hired me for the role it was really needed and yet they made me redundant not that long after so not a trustworthy company.
