- Curios collogues = asking me how ive worked with customers before - Nice collogues = always a smile on there face and ready to help. - Focus on sustainability = Not only in products but also in everyday life. - Eager to learn from me as well = Listing on how we can work on new segment that will evolve our future buisness. Not saying no to learning new things. - Welcoming

Cons

- Large company, change takes time. - Portfolio is a bit narrow, standard products missing that our competitors have. - Office location is far away from my home, Takes 1 hour in rush hour. cant come up with anything else.

Pros

Strong product portfolio with a wide stack of offerings. The company has an established brand and reputation in the lighting industry. Opportunities to work with innovative technology and sustainable solutions.

Cons

Onboarding experience was poor, with little structure or support. Teams often felt siloed and disjointed, making collaboration difficult. Lack of accessible management — my manager was often unavailable when needed. Support systems were weak, making it hard to succeed in the role.
