      Pros

      Great if you can pick up the role and run with it, and you don’t need much oversight. Great location when you do have to go into the office. Snr Management is implementing some great diversity programmes.

      Cons

      Technical field people promoted to management, meaning limited people management skills.

      Poor management, favouritism, no leadership, no opportunities to progress or training offered to those that are a conflict of interest.

      Pros

      Good team culture and a good place to learn new skills. Not much opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Most probably the worst salaries paid in the industry for qualified engineers. Management's attitude towards employees when it comes to paying them a fair salary is shocking.
