      Immediate leader and team are great, along with some new leaders in other areas that genuinely want to see the business succeed.

      Cons

      - CEO and SOME ELT only care about filling their pockets. They are out of touch and refuse to acknowledge that they are the problem - you are undervalued and silenced - terrible systems - promotions based on personal preference and not merit - terrible culture

      The pay is rubbish, management is very big business mentality and they’re incredibly tight. The business is revoking Microsoft outlook access to save $1600 a month! Staff are overworked and completely under appreciated
