Pros
Great people, the team was managed well, the facilities are great.
Cons
Being in a charity, it's low pay and your pay probably won't increase (although after handing in your notice they may make you an offer). Generally low progression opportunities and you will likely have to wait for your boss to leave before you have a chance at moving up.
