      Pros

      Growth trajectory Opportunity to grow in a growing company Decent salary in a very cost conscious industry

      Cons

      Values don't percolate down Cultural issues with acquisitions Mid and top managers trying to vie for limelight - too many of them there ! Too focused on quarter by quarter performance- if there is a 3,5,7 year plan , I never saw it Not much investment in developing people- a select few may suck all the L&D budget

      They will fill your head with how important their people and culture is to them and then when it really matters you will be tossed aside.

      - Family environment. - Good salary. - People

      Cons

      - The benefits are nothing more than normal. - IT Leadership team members think they are bigger than "God" and overtake any methodology in order to meet their own interests. - Lack of training and professional capacitation. - Leaders are micro manages. - No grow opportunities if you are not friend of the "king" of your department. - Often work extra time and don't get paid. - VPs and director don't truth their employees.
