Pros

Only benefits are the hotel discounts from EVT. Which means 50% off hotels but it’s all just subject to availability. I was asked to work a lot even though I was a casual, I was doing consistent shifts.

Cons

They make front desk employees fold towels, make beds and ask employees to apologise and take blame for complaints that are always present, like tv not working or AC not working. And when the higher ups come, they make put in extra effort to look a bit clean the day before, so that we can keep our job. I personally experience a lot of threats regarding my employment, even though I put a constant effort to improve, I was just burden. I was unfairly dismissed, because I took a break, I was entitled. I wasn’t given an opportunity to respond or even a warning. When I asked what the reason was nothing was provided. But, I knew I got out of something very toxic.
