      Pros

      Bosses are understanding. Upper management have a strong, clear plan and goals. Work life balance is good. Workload is manageable. Interesting diversity of clients. Good people at every level.

      Cons

      Your career will stall at about middle level and below. Limited opportunity to improve upwards, or even sideways. Average pay packets. Benefits only apply to US employees.

      Pros

      Rocket has some great employees doing great work. They are a fun team to work with and get things done. I will miss this aspect when i leave

      Cons

      Salary is (well) below market rate. Once you are in Rocket there are no payrises. This is something the CEO seems proud of. HR is of the nature 'The problem is with you, not us'. This gets tiring Outlook is grim. Sales declining. No sensible plan to reverse this
