It really depends on the geo and department you work with; NC - US is a awesome place; BNE engineering team is great aswell, support services is pathetic; Be cautious while signing job offer, ask about of hidden policies, extra work hours, weekend work in advance etc, which will never be reveilved initially or put in black and white, unofficial request's for additional work hours (although engineers put it a lot more hours); first line managers don't have any opensource back ground; No well defined processes in place; managers are good at blame game; forget work life balance; Managers are good with politics and telling blatent lies.

1. This is a place of "Get Out", if you haven't watch the movie "Get out" please watch, that will explain this place easily. 2. This company is looking for slaves to work for whom already been in Red Hat for a long time. You will be just utilised and dumped. 3. Once you joined Red Hat, you won't feel that you are respected from company in a few months. 4. You will have to interpret(not read) your employment contract every word by word, otherwise you will be treated like a person in "Get Out". The best thing, you can do is never to consider this company for your next journey, otherwise you will realise what I was talking about after 3 ~5 months.
