+ Friendly old staff + Location + Almost no work.

Cons

+ Clueless Management, especially after the induction of Talking Machine Dr. Rachna Gandhi who has messed up the organisation and now no one knows till when he is in the organisation. + Your everyday can be your last day. + Everything has to approve by Dr. Rachna even a mouse or keyboard, who is head of IT. How can an organisation survives with that. + Incurring regular huge losses as missed the digital transformation boat and now trying hard to find way to come out of it but going more in mud day by day due to no action and all speaking strategy. + Daily long list of talking talking only meeting. + No Career development or progression hope.

Money driven Bullying is rampant and treatment of staff is unacceptable Unsupportive and short staffed Internal induction and training - leaves something to be desired.
