Pros
When I first started at REA, I had the best manager of my working life. They were so supportive and motivating. And from their guidance and support, I joined the Springboard to Tech program (opened to internal and external applicants), which helps women transition into a career in tech. Sharing the journey with like-minded and passionate people from all different backgrounds was an incredible experience. The team who help run the program are so hard working, supportive and fun. All combined, it made what was a daunting decision to change careers - for lack of better words - much less scary. It is clear everyone involved is invested in your development and success.
Cons
It's unrealistic to think any company doesn't have its cons and I can only speak for myself, but there are currently no red flags to wave.
