Good compensation, but toxic culture and poor support

Pros

Compensation is good and comparable with the market. Good benefits but I’ve had that at every other tech company I’ve worked for.

Cons

Toxic and sexist culture. Terrible internal support systems. old product with nothing interesting in the roadmap. Some sales managers are so aggressive and hostile in how they interact with people, and people will laugh it off or excuse it if they perform well. Behaviour is so unprofessional and everyone is scared to speak up. All culture activities are performative.

Pros

Qualtrics has been a great company to work for over the past 7 years and I have felt valued despite all of the change going on. Good benefits and compensation. Good people work here.

Cons

The culture has never been the same since the SAAS slowdown and the acquisition by Silverlake. It is just plain ol' vanilla now.

Pros

Good benefits/perks - health insurance, commute, mobile, free lunch and snacks. My immediate team is good.

Cons

So much change, low transparency, internal politics and toxic culture (specifically in the sales teams). People get away with doing things that aren't right, low consequences. Those that do good aren't rewarded for it. I don't feel it's safe to speak up without consequences.
