      Supportive team and collaborative culture across departments. Strong brand, interesting projects and good exposure to large scale marketing campaigns and stakeholders.

      Cons

      Large organisation means processes can be slow and change takes time. Multiple approvals required due to regulatory environment.

      - staff travel - some great people amongst the lemons

      Cons

      - woeful progression - people progress here based on “being one of the boys”, agnostic of performance in role. You can smash it out of the park in your role, but unless you’re part of the club expect to be sidelined - minimal accountability - expect to watch your colleagues not deliver their outcomes or work, but nothing ever happens about it
