Where do I begin? The manager was young and somehow felt like she needed to have a power trip every shift at work. There was favouritism, gossiping, and a generally BAD vibe at work. I talked down to, as if I were stupid, and I was scorned at when I attempted to ask questions. Never have I worked for a company that was so two faced. All sweet and fake to the customers, and behind closed doors there was just absolute feral talk. My advice to people seeking this position? It's the people who make the place, so double check your manager is pleasant. Also... that measly discount?? 20% off only for xmas staff in VIC.

manager has her favors as a result other staff had been treated very unfairly. She hired way too many Christmas casuals and some of them didn't even get one shift. She also lied to other staff saying the store was not busy so few Christmas casual had been made to leave even before Christmas. And all her favorites are from the same background(racial-wise). Besides, she had made good sales people leave because she saw them as a threat and only kept those who would be a dog or with poor performance. She doesn't think in the company's interest but her own. In terms of shifts, she would cancel your shift at the last second when you are already on your way to work or mess your payslip up so you get paid short. She is the worst manager I ever come across and start to wonder how she could possibly get the job.
