Pros

nice office good reputation in industry Interesting work Pay was pretty good

Cons

Antisocial and unpleasant team members - there was no culture in the team I was in. Coming to work everyday was awful and I dreaded it No flexibility or WFH Extremely high billables that were almost impossible to meet due to poor delegation from senior staff Culture of bullying from a senior lawyer - everyone was scared of this person and some team members cried when speaking with this lawyer (insane)

Pros

Great IT Leadership, great colleagues, pay is OK, benefits are good, and corporate culture was good before.

Cons

Management Committee (MCOM) are making poor business decisions the last two years. No MBAs in MCOM, so the partners who are making all of the business decisions are in over their heads. They are good lawyers, but don't know how to run a business and it really shows. NRFC has to hit rock bottom and then go upwards with new leadership.
