Pros
Team are fantastic, great people, great culture, brilliant developers. Well provided for in terms of technology, furniture, space and office equiptment
Cons
Leadership leaves something to be desired. No respect for staff, poor vision of how to engage, treat and service clients. Inconsistent on changing to a competitive sales type commission based model with Project Managers in-spite of great resistance and assurances that it won't work. Leadership changes jarring and disruptive to culture, attitude and performance of all staff to the detriment of the business as a whole.
