It's really rewarding to work with children, and be able to ski every day, they also offer staff accomodations and discounts on the mountain
Cons
Incredibly physically demanding, the most sick I've been in my life, management is very annoyed with you taking sick time off PSA: Always!!! Apply for!!! Part time ski Instructor!!!! Full time instructors do not get to choose your hours! And are expected to work 6 days a week which is really difficult. You won't miss out on work even if your part time they always need workers, you just get to choose your days and manage work life balance more
