Communication from executives has been improved and is performed fairly well currently. The plan and vision for the business is quite clear.
Cons
The HR team has very toxic leadership. Office politics, purple circles and backstabbing are commonplace among the middle managers and encouraged from the top of the department. Managers generally have no interest in actually achieving business or department objectives, they are generally just looking to protect their own careers and constantly throwing each other under the bus for political points. Turnover is out of control, more than 100% a year and most managers cycle out within 6 months. Lots of empty talk about values and mental health, but the management team's actions make it explicitly clear that they do not care about either of those things.
