Offered shifts where available with flexibility to choose shifts. Very approachable co-workers and supervisors. Supervisors and managers have very high levels of trust of all employees. Great friendly culture, easy to make friends with co-workers. Good pay rate. Accessible central city location at Melbourne & Olympic Parks precinct. Working with diverse teams. Rotation of positions and responsibilities makes shifts interesting.

Cons

Minimal instructions given for tasks, though often not required. Sometimes conflicting information is given regarding some tasks though it is often easy to get clarification. Short breaks with many people using break rooms all at once, making it difficulting to heat food in microwaves.
