      No Managerial Support/DEI Centric

      Pros

      Pay is good and the location was favorable.

      Cons

      No support from management. Nepotism. Cronyism. Weak management that won't challenge the abuses by DEI Hires. Two sets of rules, one for regular folks and one for DEI Hires. Walked into a job with no turn-over.

      Pros

      LM has great work/life balance - promotes the 9 day fortnight or 4 day week. Great team - very friendly and easy to get along with. Supportive management - encouragement in career progression and options to climb the corporate ladder.

      Cons

      Limited flexibility in choice of projects.
