      Pros

      Great team. People are motivated and company culture is fun, inclusive. Work well together. Good vacation time—probably because it’s UK based. Management listens to you and wants you to be happy career-wise. Solid development team and experience driving big projects and continued success. The team is going places.

      Cons

      Healthcare plan is underwhelming—my costs are high for the plan and high at the doctor. Expect no one you want to see to be in network. Software systems are a horrible mess. No room for improvement because management is not interested improving the dumpster fire that is the project and document management systems.
