Pros

- human centric safety culture - published HSEMS - lived experience that is shared when asked - focus on lessons learned over blame - reinforced positive behaviours - through reward and recognition - in-house mental health program - gender positive outlook - focused on enhancing STEMC enrichment - equal parental leave - access to training and education programs - access to employee perks and discounts (similar to most big name organisations) - people who care - fair pay - musculoskeletal program

Cons

Like all construction companies (nature of the beast), long hours, tight programs & weekend work. System variances between projects. Some micro-managers / big personalities that need to be accepted / overlooked due to the position they hold. Old Boys Club mentality with some site teams. Limited projects on the books.
