Klarna announced a Global 10% layoff of the workforce at 6am Sydney EST. Woke up to find out I was one of those lucky people. I was given less than 6 hours notice that my time at this company has come to an end. The meeting was a whole 2 minutes long as the person delivering the news, very obviously being read from a script. Klarna has shown that their decisions and actions do not line up with how they portray themselves publicly. Not to mention that they are currently hiring for the position myself and three other team members were dismissed from.

•Job description is nothing correct with actual work. •Horrible manager. 4/4 team members left team less than 6 month, but management never think something wrong with the manager. She is just dreaming. •Late meeting & training happens all the time. Because of HQ & someone from USA. •Contract says 38hours / week but our shift is 8h x 5 days however no over pay •Impossible to use sick leave, they only allow to use on that day even it is planned surgery day. (You will need to use your annual leave) •Their time recording system only available for half day or 1 day. Not allow to use couple hours. •Team members are all sneaky, pretending they are friend but they are reporting each other. Can not trust anyone. •Everything need to wait HQ (or someone based in Europe)‘s answer before make a decision. Even payroll is based in Sweden.
