Colleagues becoming friends by sharing so many work struggles

Quite literally everything else. People in management are power trippers who speak down to you. Nothing done about bullying and harrassment conplaints. Not enough staff, so everyone is overworked. Safety problems that are ignored by employees being affected. Low pay. The list goes on

- No discussion on bonus, you just get what you get
- Slow career progression
- 3-day mandatory office rule, hybrid roles are now the norm, should give employees more flexibility
