      Pros

      - Employee first at all times - The culture is top notch - Diversity and Inclusion is a priority - I've made so many life long friends that are so different to me, yet share all my key values - Compensation, benefits and equity - Flexibility - Career advancement ( I transitioned from Sales to Product and learnt on the job)

      Cons

      - International business working across timezones, this can cause early/late meetings (at times, not the norm). The pro is that you have the flexibility to craft your own schedule and work when you need to.

      Pros

      Good benefit and okay pay. Fun to work. Love how people don't take themselves too seriously here. Relaxed and inclusive vibe.

      Cons

      Company direction kept changing and can be a bit much to keep up. Not able to retain good talents. Also, career growth/path is pretty much non-exist here. They don't seem to care enough really.

      Pros

      - Fair salary and excellent perks. - Great annual benefits for staff who focus on their own performance/deliverables and put effort into building relationships across the business. Truely is a pay-for-performance culture - Flexible working - Wonderful peers, inclusive environment

      Cons

      - With a great employer & perks comes entitled staff (& management) who do the bare minimum, take advantage of perks and get away with it. They tend to blame everyone else and past management for their own poor performance.
