Pros
- People are supportive towards day-to-day business and projects - There's no drama - Friendly & very intelligent - Most of the team are young - Working hybrid (1 week working at the office and 1 week working from home)
Cons
- Despite of the friendly environment, the company seems don't want to upgrade old working computers for such busy and fast paced working hours. - Need more appreciation for those who has done extra miles.

A team who is supportive and an environment to improve and train your active listening to varying accents and dialects of Australian English.
Cons
Requirement to gain certification to maintain partner level that you would need to pay up front at first and be reimbursed if you pass.
