      Company has a great reputation, will always look good on the resume. Comprehensive training.

      Cons

      The worst environment i have ever worked in, low morale, negativity within employees, high workload and tight deadlines. Don't expect any flexibility if you have a child.

      After the Quintiles was acquired by IMS the focus of the company completely shifted yo the commercial side.

      Great client base, good renumeration

      Cons

      Horrible management, managers have no leadership skills. Managers do not value team members. Would strongly advice to steer clear of this organisations primarily due to poor leadership. They seemed to very confused with strategic direction. Very negative environment to work in.
