      - very diverse and interesting challenges to solve - wide range of industries - very flexible working hours since way before the pandemic (people are trusted) - internal mobility opportunities

      - complex administrative processes - very frequent change of strategy and restructuring - global strategy not always adapted and tailored to the local market
