Pros

Coworkers, interesting job, fun events and clients. The people are what make this job bearable. Free or discounted accommodation at other Hyatt hotels worldwide.

Cons

Terrible leadership, miserable pay and lack of career development and progression opportunities. Most of the staff work long hours and do not receive adequate remuneration.

Pros

Great discounted and benefits. Lovely branding, its basically a door to every other hotel jobs

Cons

The site I was working was super toxic, with very bad management skills as well as pay grade. Many people quit within short amount of time because the work environment is getting worse this year We dont have close relationship with Hotel chain, as we are not internally work at the hotel. Career development is very blurry unless you want to work for the reservation in the long term.
