Pros

Previously a smaller company, acquired by HII. Friendly environment. Chances for promotion. Appreciation shown by company and customers. Respectful and respectable leadership.

Cons

After acquisition, HII puts programs in place to make us feel appreciated, but when used, those programs don't work as described. HII doesn't care about employees. This is too large a company for good, hard working, seasoned employees to feel like their jobs are in danger.
