The company is always trying to think of ways to boost office culture and do so with once a month mini massages, office lunch, drinks fridge, bday celebration Internal team are largely inclusive and close relationships are fostered

Cons

So much redundancy in the face of losing profit Higher ups also speak to wider team in a way that seems disconnected and out of touch

Pros

The culture at Funlab is one of the best and unique I've ever experienced. There are very few workplaces that allow you to express yourself freely and get along with the team to this level.

Cons

It requires a lot of high energy in your personality which can be hard to maintain for long periods of time especially for those who are on the more introverted side.

Pros

Work/ life balance is amazing! I have worked here for almost 8 years and they have always looked after me and have always given me the space to grow and learn and push the boundaries of the hospitality industry. What we do at fun-lab is unparalleled. Our guest experience is something i love to champion and is second to none.

Cons

Because the teams within Funlab are so collaborative it can take a bit longer to reach decisions. But my standards for any future jobs in other companies are unrealistically high
