      Fairly good salary for the position Good flexible working arrangements

      Cons

      Matrix management structure made it difficult to know what to prioritise and management would disagree with each other on everything. Multiple teams look after parts of the same applications, and seniors in the teams kept things close to their chest and refused to allow access to areas critical to my role.

      Very nice training service with full access to LinkedIn Learning. Huge archives of past jobs and reports. Varied clients and jobs

      Cons

      Projects are often very large scale and may be multi-year with very complex needs that are often not fully understood. Project milestones often shift and overtime is often expected. Base salary is generally below industry standards in most roles
