Cons
I worked for Fugro Norway on exploration boats. At some point, the Norwegian CEO was transferred to Fugro headquarter, and 'an efficient manager', probably MBA, from another country has been hired to replace him in Oslo. Since then, I think, the company descent began, both in culture and economics. Eventually, in 2012, Fugro sold this part of its business.
