1. Zero work life balance, you will be expected to work overtime weeknights as well as weekends. 2. There will be no compensation for doing said over time and on top of that you will be paid minimum wage for your position. 3. No progression whatsoever unless you are a brown nose and consistently suck up to management. 4. Zero recognition for going above and beyond. 5. Managers constantly take credit for work done by the team, most managers are grossly incompetent, extremely micro managerial and have no people skills whatsoever. 6. Managers and Head Ofs in marketing have no boundaries and will contact you all hours of the day and night. 7. Zero care for employees mental health or well being 8. HR/ People and Culture are well aware of the toxic nature of the marketing team but continue to turn a blind eye regardless of how many people complain and resign, it is pointless as they are useless. 9. Resignations weekly/fortnightly and roles are not replaced, the workload is just displaced amongst the team (once again for no extra pay). 10. Junior team members are gaslighted weekly in trade meetings when sales are down whilst senior members take no accountability.

there is extremely high turnover in this company yet they think the staff are the problem. the turnover is so high that they’ve updated new contracts with a 4 week notice period in probation and 8 week post probation tf you miss high school gossip, drama, mean girls and bullies Forever New has it all the workload and unreasonable deadlines are absolutely absurd with staff constantly crying and burnt out. they’ll fire staff who come back from sick or annual leave because they see this as a sign that you’re not dedicated to the company Disorganised and dysfunctional 0 structure or processes in place the CEO is involved in every single decision ever made and is the most indecisive CEO you’ll ever work with. Because of this every action takes a long time to implement as it goes back and forth several times. ****catty, toxic work environment! i’ve never worked for a company who is so unethical and has such a high staff turnover.
