It's quiet a cruel environment to work in, People are very transactional, and you often feel used and abused. There is clearly a boy's club at the top, especially in sales/product. People have been there way too long. It's really unfair if you are female or a person of color.

While it seems diversity is valued, depending on the function you are in, a solidified career path may not be clear and access to mentors is limited as people work in their own silos.
