      Good salary Nice office Flexible workmen hours

      Cons

      You need to know the ones of Australians, otherwise, you are off. People judge you easily You need to agree on everything that it can be done. And if you show that there is something wrong. Your boss would be afraid to present that to her/his boss.

      Pros

      Variety of projects provide you with interesting and challenging work. Plenty to learn whilst working in multidisciplinary teams. Fantastic culture with diversity and inclusion , RAP, charity donations support and engagement!

      Cons

      I hear a lot about salary not being competitive from different levels within the company. It is sad to see great employees walk away with wealths of knowledge.
