Pros
Always busy, never bored, fast paced, great colleagues and work environment, the job itself is very fun and encourages you to think constantly and remember things. The workplace is rich with many cultures and ethnicities and diversity is encouraged in staff.
Cons
High demand, little reward, depends who the manager is that day also, some are nice, others barely acknowledge your existence or will treat you like you’re incompetent at your own job. Majority just want to help and see you thrive. As for customers at Zara, majority are so rude, leaving the store a mess, zero respect for you as a person, you’re a maid to them.
