Exciting projects, ability to work with leading people in their field, great training.
Cons
HR are the most useless people. If you have ANY issues, expect it to handled badly. It WILL be held against you if you try to move to a different role. Your Manager will not be pulled up if they bully you - they will get promoted. This will happen over and over until you realise you are just a number and are expendable (something your managers will tell you all the time).
