There is a lot to do! And understaffed in middle management and it can be very stressful.
Most partners are decent people although 1 or 2 can be... unpleasant.
Low salary, high productivity expectations, Career paths are very limited.

High administrative pressure similar too a boutique firm.
Old management style
Server computer with High Latency / Lagging.
Performance Degradation
Also server is intentionally slowed down by software limits or bandwidth restriction.
Extremely hard to meet KPI s as this benefits management.
